Délais de livraison payant et non respecté

Payer 7 euros pour une réception en 24h et le recevoir 96h plus tard... je soulève le problème et on me répond de renvoyer l'article a leur frais, mais qui a dit que je n'en voulais pas ? Par contre quand je demande le remboursement des 7 euros de frais de port pour l'envoie express ..... bizarrement plus aucune réponse. Bref je reste civilisé en notant 3 étoiles !
